Location: Plano, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay:
- $80,000–$130,000/year for plumbing-focused work
- $90,000–$180,000/year if you'd like to incorporate sales

- Schedule:
Monday–Friday with an on-call rotation, helping homeowners resolve issues with confidence and compassion - Coverage Area:
Dallas-area
Expect to diagnose issues, replace worn components, repair leaks, work on water heaters, and perform drain cleaning services, all while ensuring customers feel informed, supported, and confident in the solutions you provide.
MUST-HAVES:- Active plumbing license
- 2+ years of residential repair/service experience
- Ability to work in hot, cold, and wet conditions
- Texas Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master license
- Strong communication and customer service skills
