Requirements:

• Valid plumbing license
• 2+ years of residential service or repair experience
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and wet conditions
• Texas Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumbing License
• Strong customer service mindset and the ability to follow directions

WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?

You'll work a Monday–Friday schedule with an on‑call rotation, helping homeowners resolve a wide variety of plumbing issues with confidence and care.

In this role, you:

You diagnose system issues, replace failing components, locate and repair leaks, service and install water heaters, and perform drain cleanings to keep homes running smoothly. You'll also speak directly with customers, helping them understand their options and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
