PAY & BENEFITS
This position offers the unique ability to take charge of your pay! If you just want to focus on plumbing, you can earn $80,000 - $130,000/year. However, if you'd like to flex your sales skills and take on selling responsibilities, then your pay bumps up to $90,000 - $180,000/year!
The pay isn't the only great thing about joining us. We also offer terrific benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, paid time off (PTO), and continuous training. We also offer this position a company vehicle, a gas card, and toll fare.

THE RESIDENTIAL PLUMBER WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can diagnose a wide variety of issues and perform the appropriate fixes. You replace faulty parts, detect leaks, repair/replace water heaters, and clean drains to ensure everything works optimally. You also regularly speak with clients, answering any questions and addressing any concerns they have.
We need someone who meets the following qualifications:
- Valid plumbing license
- 2+ years of residential service and repair experience
- Ability to work in hot, cold, and wet environments
- Licensed Technician of Tradesman, Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
Possessing these traits would also be ideal:
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Customer service-driven
- Analytical problem solver
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
