We are looking for a technician who is knowledgeable about HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical components and wants to make an impactful difference by providing affordable housing.
What You’ll Be Doing- Perform essential work to keep our properties in great shape
- Complete service requests in a timely manner, interact with residents, and keep property systems in good working order
- Coordinate completion of resident and management service requests in a timely manner
- Prepare vacant units to occupancy standard within established time frame
- Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with supervisor
- Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to prepare site for inspections
- HVAC License required
- Participate in rotating on‑call responsibility for emergency maintenance repairs
- $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
- Plus an annual bonus

- At least 2 years of maintenance/facilities experience, with affordable housing experience preferred
- Ability to work on emergency on‑call rotation as needed and lift up to 50 lbs while standing for an 8‑hour shift
