• EPA certification
• 3+ years of HVAC experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Strong understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning and heating
• Proficiency in reading schematics
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short notice
• Comfort working in confined spaces

• NATE certification
• Experience in residential and commercial HVAC service

• Position Type: Full-time with year-round work.
• Schedule: 8+ hour shifts with on-call and overtime availability required as well as weekend and public holiday work.
• Location: The vibrant city of Plano, TX.
