• Lead the technician team in prioritizing and dispatching repair orders each day.
• Coordinate shop dispatching with technicians based on skill level and current workload.
• Set performance goals focused on increasing hours and productivity.
• Provide training and promote growth and learning opportunities for team members.
• Report machinery defects or malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Stay abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins and complete specified training.
• Maintain accountability for all dealership‑owned tools and manuals.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Operate all tools and equipment safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory or team lead experience.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a main line flag technician.
• Some post‑secondary automotive training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Results‑oriented self‑starter.
• Unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
• Commitment to delivering world‑class customer service.
• Desire to learn new processes and adapt quickly.
• Professional appearance at all times.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
