Description
Camelot Inc. is seeking a skilled and dependable Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a mobile field position that requires operating a company‑provided vehicle to travel to multiple customer locations. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience performing a wide range of general building maintenance duties and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities- General Maintenance & Repairs
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance at commercial client sites.
- Replace ceiling tiles, patch and repair drywall, and perform touch‑up painting.
- Conduct minor repairs on electrical systems (e.g., outlet replacements, lighting issues).
- Address plumbing issues such as leaky faucets or clogged drains.
- Assist with HVAC troubleshooting and perform basic adjustments or repairs.
- Troubleshooting & Inspection
- Diagnose minor facility‑related problems and elevate issues that require specialized service.
- Conduct visual and functional inspections of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
- Identify potential safety hazards and maintenance needs proactively.
- Work Order Management
- Utilize a work‑order system to receive, document, and complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain accurate service records and close out work orders upon task completion.
- Customer Interaction
- Serve as a frontline representative of the company when on‑site.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding job status and scope of work.
- Deliver high‑quality service in a courteous and professional manner.
- Vehicle Operation
- Safely operate a company vehicle to and from job sites.
- Maintain a clean driving record and follow all road safety policies.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification a plus.
