Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting site leadership and/or public emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access;
Monitor access points and controlled areas, verify identification and/or credentials as required, and document entries, exits, and visitor activity per site procedures;
Complete routine logs, incident reports, and shift handoffs, and communicate observed hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy issues to appropriate personnel
