Security Guard - Flex Armed Patrol Officer

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail grocery environment.;
Perform armed patrol duties throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, receiving areas, and perimeter to help deter theft, disorderly conduct, and other unauthorized activity.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating confrontations, coordinating with store leadership, and contacting law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed.;
Control access to restricted and back-of-house areas by verifying credentials, monitoring delivery and vendor activity, and documenting unusual activity according to post orders.;
Complete required reports and logs, communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives, and support incident investigations using available tools such as cameras and/or access systems.
