Compensation: $18.50 per hour (Main Lobby) – $23.00 per hour (Supervisor)

Shift

Schedule:

0600‑1400 Thursday – Monday

Shift Details: Mon/Thurs/Fri – Main Lobby Role at $18.50/hour;
Saturday and Sunday – Supervisor Role at $23.00/hour

Team leaders with 2 years prior supervision experience in the security or service industry should apply immediately! This position includes foot patrol and physical activity.

The site is a headquarters location, requiring the highest level of professionalism, customer service, and high quality candidates with excellent work ethics.

• Working Site Supervisor on shift
• Interact with all guests (clients and visitors) in a professional demeanor
• Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support
• Develop and implement site‑specific security policies
• Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including timesheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports
• Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy
• Address and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely manner
• Train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)
• Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets, etc.)
• Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely manner
• Manage security personnel including scheduling, counseling, and disciplinary actions when necessary
• Other duties to be determined by management

• TX Security License (Required)
• Valid TX Driver's License and clean driving history (Required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years previous security supervision or leadership experience required
• Flexible/on‑call schedule availability
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Attentive to detail
• Must be able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment screening (background and drug)
