• Design personalized domestic and international travel experiences including cruises, all‑inclusive resorts, tours, and specialty itineraries
• Develop strong client relationships that lead to repeat and referral bookings
• Prepare compelling travel proposals and confidently guide clients through booking decisions
• Oversee reservations, travel documentation, invoicing, and client communication
• Suggest premium upgrades and curated add‑ons to enhance each traveler’s experience
• Stay current with destination knowledge, supplier promotions, and travel trends
