About the Role
Impact you will make
As a Director, Channel Partnerships you will be responsible for driving and managing business development initiatives between Fin Thrive and BPO/Revenue Cycle Management channels. The successful applicant will manage a defined set of existing channel and BPO partnerships as well as net-new logo prospects. This role requires the individual to maintain strong industry and account-level relationships to build their success. All channel partnerships are based on leveraging ideal strategic business opportunities that drive revenue for Fin Thrive.
Our team is responsible for growing the right partnerships in an expeditious manner, communicating effectively so all stakeholders can leverage the partnership, and working to manage our partnerships using common/accurate metrics.
What you will do
- Design, implement and execute strategies to exceed revenue growth targets in healthcare landscape
- Own sales outreach process, identifying key stakeholders and establishing strategic relationships
- Understand prospective partners, strategic priorities and provide education on Fin Thrive's solution suite
- Navigate the entire sales process from outreach to deal closing, aligning Fin Thrive's solutions to meet prospective clients' needs, contract negotiations and deal closing
- Collaborate with sales operations and other internal teams for additional product or legal support
- Maintain a deep working knowledge of Fin Thrive's Healthcare Solutions and how they meet the business needs of current and prospective clients and partnerships
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management
What you will bring
- 10+ years in healthcare sales with a track record of success in exceeding revenue growth targets
- 5+ years in Partner/BPO Management
- Strong new business prospecting of healthcare enterprise sales solutions experience
- Demonstrated success in relationship management
- Ability to present and communicate to C-level professionals with a strong executive presence
- Skillful communicator able to quickly establish rapport, build relationships and overcome objections
- Self-motivated and independent worker
- Travel required: up to 50%
What we would like to see
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing RCM & BPO partnerships and selling into Channel Partner relationships
- Must have direct experience building or expanding channel programs
- Experience in software channel sales, business development, partnerships or alliances
- Consultative approach to uncover customers pain points
- Net New Logo:
Responsible for developing and selling net new business within existing customer base- - Create and implement strategic account and territory plans aligned with client objectives, emphasizing cross-sell and upsell initiatives
- Proven success in hitting, exceeding quota goals and driving significant channel-sourced revenue
- Experience in selling healthcare technology products
- Knowledge of and Microsoft Office
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure performance driven environment
- Strong presentation skills
