This is a fast-paced, high-call-volume phone sales role intended for experienced sales professionals. It is not a customer service, administrative, or entry‑level position.
We are seeking a Credit & Debt Solutions Sales Consultant to join our expanding financial services team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, skilled in consultative selling, and comfortable guiding clients toward a decision.
You will spend most of your workday speaking with potential clients, delivering sales consultations, addressing objections, and closing credit repair and debt settlement programs
. If phone‑based sales is not your strength, this role will not be the right fit.
We provide training on our services, systems, and compliance requirements, but strong sales drive, phone confidence, and closing ability must already be in place.
What You’ll Do Each Day- Speak with warm inbound leads through structured phone consultations
- Educate prospects on debt settlement and credit improvement solutions
- Review client financial and credit details to uncover opportunities
- Present customized programs and confidently close new enrollments
- Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales process
- Track activity, call notes, and pipeline progress using CRM and dialing software
- Promote additional services such as credit monitoring and related financial tools
- Hit and exceed weekly and monthly revenue‑based sales goals
- Strong phone sales experience (required)
- Prior debt settlement sales experience (highly preferred)
- Background in credit repair, mortgage, financial services, or high‑ticket phone sales
- A proven ability to overcome objections and close deals
- Comfort spending most of the day on inbound/outbound calls
- Motivation driven by commission, goals, and performance
- Experience using CRM systems, dialers, and sales technology
- A self‑starting attitude with full ownership of outcomes
