We work closely with home builders and mortgage companies to provide homeowners insurance that is fast, easy, and hassle‑free.

• Support sales teams by conducting outbound phone calls to customers in a high‑volume, fast paced call center.

• Make 150+ outbound calls a day to prospective and existing customers. These are lead‑generated calls, not cold calls.
• Gather valuable client information and pass those leads to our team of licensed agents.
• Set up new accounts and enter customer information accurately.
• Reconnect with customers to provide outstanding service and follow up.
• Promote our products, generate interest in our services, and be a team rockstar.
• Stay organized, prioritize your day, and consistently hit daily and weekly goals.

• Experience in outbound calling, call centers, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• No certifications or licenses required to start—just a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with computers and familiar with basic software.
• Organized, dependable, and self‑motivated.

• Clear path to becoming a licensed agent in about six months (or less).
