Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive – IT Sales to acquire new clients and manage existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling IT services, solutions, or staffing/consulting services, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT services, software solutions, or IT staffing.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized IT solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical, recruitment, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client data in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or IT Sales professional.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software, cloud solutions, or IT staffing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in B2B IT sales or IT consulting/staffing sales.
- Knowledge of US, EU, or global IT markets.
- Existing client network or strong prospecting skills.
- Experience selling SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or digital transformation solutions
