Base pay range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

An established firm in the commercial construction space seeks a proactive, relationship‑driven Business Development Manager to support continued growth. This role is based in Dallas, TX or Mobile, AL and focuses on expanding market presence across the Southeast region.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Identify new market opportunities through research and outreach
- Lead client meetings to develop and secure new projects
- Partner with internal project and technical teams to develop solutions
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Bachelor’s degree required (construction, architecture, or engineering preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial construction, architecture, or a construction‑related engineering environment
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset
