Position: Partner Sales Executive I

Overview

NTT DATA seeks a Partner Sales Executive I to expand our Salesforce presence in North America. Join us in Plano, Texas.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage sale of complex and high‑value contracts through direct outreach to land new logos, expanding the Salesforce footprint within existing NTT DATA accounts and partnering with Salesforce as part of a channel motion.
  • Develop and recommend strategic sales plans, account management, and pipeline development to support business growth and profitability objectives.
  • Onboard, manage, and upsell complex client relationships post‑sale.
  • Develop a strategy for long‑term success across your portfolio of clients and prospects.
  • Participate in management reviews of performance metrics for account relationships and business initiatives.
  • Work closely with the internal team to deliver premium service to clients.
  • Provide visibility to Salesforce stakeholders to drive expansion opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Salesforce services within the existing client base in the region.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of overall work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years selling solution‑based services on the Salesforce Platform.
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting or IT services industries selling application services.
  • Minimum of 2 years working in the Financial Services and/or Retail Industries.
Additional Skills
  • Results‑oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Self‑started and able to work independently and as part of a team, fostering collaboration and building an internal network.
  • Exceptional influencing, presentation, and professional sales skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with C‑level executives.
  • Advanced ability to develop accounts as a trusted advisor to client executives.
  • Advanced ability to design, scope, and sell innovative, business‑focused IT solutions by integrating NTT DATA services, solutions, and capabilities.
Compensation

Remote role starting pay range: $89,600.00 – $. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all U.S. locations. Actual compensation depends on location, experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

Location Preference

Atlanta, Dallas, Charlotte, Austin, Phoenix or anywhere in the U.S.
