Assistant Restaurant Manager – Food Service Supervisor – Management

We are looking for a positive, energetic person to lead the Braum’s store with an excellent compensation package and opportunities for advancement. The role offers a competitive bonus program paid bi‑weekly.

• Experience required: 2 years
• Shift: 2:00 pm – Close
• Compensation: $16.50 – $17.00 per hour (annual salary $46,000 – $47,500)
• Work schedule:
  
  Rotating 3‑week schedule with an expected 45‑hour work week
• Reports to:
  
  Store Manager

• Lead the execution of Braum’s brand strategy, vision, mission and values to deliver a great customer experience and maximize sales.
• Teach, coach, and provide leadership to the store crew.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness.
• Ensure Braum’s store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
• Participate in periodic inventory and equipment checks.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Retail management experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Customer focus with a high standard for integrity.
• Positive approach to training, development, and interaction with all levels of the team.
• Ability to build a successful team based on trust.
• Adaptability to customer and employee needs and store conditions.
• Effective communication with leadership team members.
