• Provide excellent customer service as the main contact point for guests.
• Generate sales, perform housekeeping, operate cash register (POS) and handle cash accurately.
• Read and write Spanish/English, interact with the general public and co‑workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small‑group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 60 pounds.

• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Food Handler Card or equivalent certification required.
