Our Bonobos menswear brand is known for being a style instigator and offering perfect-fit risks through our innovative retail model and personalized experience. Launched online in 2007 with its signature line of chinos, Bonobos now offers a variety of styles available to order online and to try on at any one of our 60+ Guideshop locations.

• Responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and maximizing personal sales results
• Cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection where all customers feel welcome, heard, and valued
• Generate leads for current and future Bonobos business

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Have 1-3 years of sales or relevant experience
• Knowledge of men’s fashion, fabrics, styles, and fit

• Collaborative, work well in a team setting and driven by relationship building
• Self‑starter that values self‑awareness, intellectual honesty, judgment, empathy and positive energy
• Possess strong time management and organizational skills
• Strong communicator and skilled at written and verbal communication

Actual compensation offered is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, work location, education, relevant skills and experience of the candidate.
