• Motivate, mentor, and develop a culinary team of Sushi Chefs.
• Manage overall culinary standards in a high-volume scratch kitchen.

• Experienced high-volume sushi chef.
• Passionate about creating innovative hospitality experiences.
• Practiced in delivering constructive feedback.
• Enthusiastic in celebrating team successes.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure, close proximity environment.

• Effective communication with guests and employees.
• Safety compliance and can detect safety issues.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform restocking duties.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Maintain neat, organized workspace and proper storage.
• Work in variety of temperatures and close proximity to coworkers.
• Tolerate potential allergens and food odors.
