This position is located at a McDonald’s franchise‑owned restaurant. The franchisee is the sole employer, responsible for all hiring, discipline, staffing, and scheduling decisions. McDonald’s USA does not participate in employment matters for the restaurant.
ResponsibilitiesThe General Manager is responsible for operating a profitable restaurant and ensuring that the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness. The General Manager sets restaurant goals, leads a team of Department Managers, provides coaching and direction to improve department performance, and may hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future team.
Qualifications• 18+ years of age and previously served as a General Manager at a high‑volume location.
• Strong background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality or retail.
• Ability to manage a large team and drive high customer service standards.
