Veterinarian – Plano, TX

Pay range: $140,000 – $200,000 per year. Potential to earn $250,000+ with production bonus.

Join a highly regarded, private small‑animal hospital in Plano. The practice offers an established high‑producing diary, modern facilities, and significant partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Serve about 15‑20 patients daily, providing both internal medicine and routine soft‑tissue surgery.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic and treatment tools such as digital records, laser therapy, dedicated surgery suites, ultrasound, Cryo Pen, high‑speed dental, and digital radiography.
  • Receive mentorship for the first two years and ongoing support for career advancement, including exposure to advanced surgical procedures.
  • Maintain a modern, light‑filled work environment with a supportive team of approximately 10 support staff and managers per doctor.
  • Adhere to a schedule of four mid‑week days (Mon‑Fri) with flexible shift times (8‑5, 9‑6, or occasionally 10‑7). Optional Saturday work (8‑1 or 12‑5) and no Sunday duties.
