Texas Health Center for Diagnostics & Surgery, 6020 W Parker Road, Plano, TX 75093

Work hours:

PRN-As Needed/Days Variable Shifts; 6 shifts per six weeks

GI Pain Management Department Highlights
  • Self-Contained outpatient department providing pain management

  • Endoscopy and Lithotripsy procedures

  • Responsible for preparing patients, performing procedures and recovery

  • Monday‑Fridays, no weekends, or holidays

Here's What You Need
  • Nursing Diploma required or

  • Associate's Degree of Nursing required

  • Bachelor's degree of Nursing preferred

  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse required

  • Experience in a procedural area (pre, procedure, recovery) preferred

  • RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required and

  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required and

  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of hire and

  • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 days of hire and

  • CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 90 days required

  • A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast‑paced environment
