Certified Nursing Assistant; PRN

Accel at Willow Bend in Plano, TX is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) on a PRN basis. Join a respected facility dedicated to long‑term and rehabilitative care.

As a CNA, you will work an 8‑hour shift, providing residents with personal care, assisting the charge nurse, and delivering exceptional service as part of a multidisciplinary team recognized for its achievements.

• Provide personal care to residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort, consistent with community policy.
• Promote and support the greatest possible degree of independence for residents.
• Advise the supervising charge nurse of residents’ status at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Contribute knowledge of residents’ conditions and needs to resident care plans.
• Assist in the implementation of care plans as directed within the parameters of established policy and procedure.
• Observe and report residents’ conditions, documenting observations as required.
• Comply with procedures for safe lifting and/or safe transfer of residents per established policies.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting as needed.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functional.
• Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks to maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

• State certification as a nursing assistant.
• Complete familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant.
• Highly developed observation skills.
