Full Time Mid-Shift (12P-12A) for 36 hrs./ week. Weekend and holiday requirements

• 52 beds and more than 41,000 patient-visits a year

• Graduate of an Accredited Vocational Nursing Program required
• Six (6) months in an acute care hospital setting or completion of THR Residency program required
• LVN—Licensed Vocational Nurse—Upon hire required
• BCLS
  -Basic Cardiac Life Support—Prior to providing independent patient care & maintained quarterly—required

• Collaborate with team to facilitate hourly rounding and initiate action to meet patient needs
• Takes action to reduce/eliminate patient risks
• Collects Data and reports significant findings to RN
• Uses nursing model to obtain adequate data to initiate implement and revise plan of care to meet patient, physician, and family needs.
