Director of Nursing – General Acute Care Hospital
Full‑time position.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of Director or Nursing Leadership experience in a general acute care hospital.
- RN license in Texas; BSN required, Masters preferred or currently pursuing.
- Strong clinical nursing background with experience in quality improvement, Joint Commission standards, physician and patient relations, and staffing.
- Demonstrated accomplishments and steady work history.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with quality improvement and accreditation standards.
- Develop and manage staffing plans and budgets.
- Foster strong relationships with physicians, patients, and staff.
