Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit.
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and medical conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
- Contribute to achieving departmental and organizational targets.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the unit.
- Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among team members.
- Current RN license in Texas with CVICU experience preferred.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
- Strong ability to monitor and assess patients' vital signs effectively.
- Ability to achieve departmental and organizational performance targets.
- Experience collaborating with healthcare teams to create care plans.
- Proficiency in administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
