- Nursing Diploma in Nursing required or
- Associate’s degree in nursing required or
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
- Other – CIAFE must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency.
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required.
- General surgery experience highly preferred.
- RN – Registered Nurse upon hire required.
- BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly upon hire required.
- A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
- Respond to others’ priorities regarding safety, physical, psychological and social needs.
