Registered Nurse (RN)— Emergency Dept (ED) – Full Time Mid-Shift

Location: 6200 W Parker Rd, Plano, TX 75093
Schedule: Full Time Mid-Shift (2P-2A) – 36 hours/week. Every other weekend and 2 major, 2 minor holidays/year required.

Requirements:
- Diploma of Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
- CLIA compliance with foreign education equivalency required.
- Minimum one‑year clinical nursing experience or completion of an RN residency program.
- Strong preference for one year of Emergency Department experience.
- Upon hire, RN certification, BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) required and maintained quarterly.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) within 90 days.
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) within 90 days.
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) within 12 months.
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) within 60 days.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high‑quality patient care while respecting basic human needs.
- Exercise active listening and non‑judgmental attitudes to support patients and families.
- Recognize and respect patient affiliations and cultural backgrounds.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
