Supervisor Case Management RN

Full‑Time, Day Shift (8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Friday; weekend shifts as needed)

We are seeking a Supervisor in Case Management RN to lead and inspire a team of social work and case‑management staff, ensuring quality and integrity of care delivered while championing nurses’ voices in our professional practice councils, advisory councils, vital voices surveys, and units of distinction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership for social work and case‑management staff, ensuring quality and integrity of care delivered.
  • Serve as the main resource for Case Managers, supervising, interacting, and guiding the team to maintain standards.
  • Align Case Management staff to adhere to TJC and CMS regulations.
  • Act as a Case Manager on the floor with an assignment, completing administrative work and assisting with complex cases as needed.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license, eligible to practice in the State of Texas.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing required;
    Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in an acute‑care setting.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
