Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a specialized stepdown unit, focusing on heart and vascular cases
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and implement appropriate interventions in line with best practices
- Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to develop and adjust individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a stepdown or progressive care unit, preferably within cardiology or vascular specialties
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Schedule & Duration
- 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM shifts
- Assignment length: 13 weeks
- No call responsibilities
