RN/LVN Charge Nurse 10-6/ DBL WKNDFT Sign on Bonus-$1500 (20619)

We are seeking a licensed RN or LVN to serve as Charge Nurse for a 10-6, double weekend shift. This role offers a sign‑on bonus of $1,500.

• Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex’s clinical policies, procedures, and state/federal guidelines.
• Document EMR relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, and change of condition, in accordance with nursing practices.
• Ensure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assign duties and supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure patient well‑being is maintained.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Valid LVN/LPN license.
