Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN, Night Shifts. Provide compassionate home care to patients in Plano and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities- Administer treatments and monitor vital signs during night shifts.
- Document patient care electronically using Aveanna tablet.
- Collaborate with operators, clinicians, and family to achieve clinical outcomes.
- Adhere to all regulatory and safety requirements.
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in Texas (state transfer within 90 days if compact).
- Current CPR certification (hands‑on).
- TB skin test within last 12 months.
- Six months hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Health, Dental, Vision and Company‑Paid Life Insurance.
