Position DetailsWe are seeking a Director of Nursing for a general acute care hospital. Candidates must have at least 6+ years of experience as a Nursing Director in a similar setting, with a strong clinical nursing background.
Preferred qualifications include RN, BSN, or Master's degree (or working towards a Master's), Texas RN license.
Ideal candidates will have a steady work history, notable accomplishments, knowledge of Quality Improvement and Joint Commission standards, strong physician and patient relations, staffing expertise, and leadership skills.
