RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work in a 30-bed unit located on 3rd floor C Tower

• Patient ratios: 2:1 for ICU and 4:1 for PCU

• Work with critical care equipment, burn ICU and trauma ICU technology

• Use Meditech electronic medical record system

• Required to work 2 weekends per pay period

• May float to MSICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU or any PCU unit

• Perform typical procedures including wound care, codes, EVDs, and MTP

• Must have trauma, burn, and surgical ICU experience

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills required

• BSN and CCRN certification preferred

• Team-based environment where asking questions and helping others is encouraged

• Required certification: RN license
