Field Operations Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Field Outreach Manager to join our growing multi‑disciplinary team tica pioneers effective treatment methods for children with neurodevelopmental differences, delivering life‑changing care through in‑home, in‑clinic, and telehealth services. Our mission is to design and deliver life‑changing care – one child, one family, one community at a time – and to cultivate the full potential of every child.

• Develop, implement, and maintain in‑person outreach strategies to promote Cortica’s autism services and resources to the broader community.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with preschools, pediatricians, referral coordinators, advocacy groups, parent groups, community leaders, and other organizations that serve individuals with autism, driving awareness of Cortica’s services and enrolling new patients.
• Travel is necessary for approximately 90% of the time for in‑person outreach, such as attending community events, meetings, and conferences.
• Serve as a liaison between the organization and external partners to enhance relationships and foster collaboration.
• Lead presentations to a vast array of audiences ranging from senior leaders of organizations to families in need of services and other audiences.
• Represent the organization at community events, conferences, and seminars related to autism.
• Collaborate with the director of partnerships and the marketing team to create materials and campaigns that raise awareness of Cortica’s autism services and initiatives.
• Conduct research and market‑level analytics within any given market to identify all marketing opportunities and develop an overall outreach strategy, including in‑field and online outreach.
• Collaborate with the director of business partnerships, area directors, operations managers, and site operations managers, local team members, enrollment, and other internal teams to identify opportunities and coordinate outreach, ensuring a seamless enrollment process for the delivery of services.
• Identify and track outreach activities and provide regular reports to leadership on engagement efforts, outreach outcomes, and program effectiveness.
• Analyze community needs and identify opportunities for engagement.
• Other duties as assigned.

• You have 3+ of experience developing and executing outreach strategies, community engagement, and/or program management.
• You have access to reliable transportation.
• You have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other tools for tracking and reporting outreach activities.
• You are available on occasional evenings and weekends to work.

The base pay range for this opening is $71,288.89 to $89,111.11 annually. According to your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location, you will receive compensation that fits appropriately within the range.

This position requires the successful completion of a post‑offer background check and a motor vehicle report review.
