Job function: Project Management and Information Technology
Responsibilities- Coordinate international mission trip logistics for Orphan Outreach.
- Develop mission trips in coordination with Orphan Outreach staff.
- Coordinate in‑country trip logistics with international staff.
- Plan all trip itineraries andnoma ministry activities in conjunction with Orphan Outreach program goals and needs.
- Provide guidance and direction on biblical content and curriculum that is used by teams on trips.
- Lead and facilitate in‑person and virtual meetings with teams, preparing them before노 travel.
- Manage online Missions Admin database and monitor financial records of trip participants.
- Recruit and train trip leaders and volunteers.
- Communicate with volunteer and mission interests.
- Assist with mission trip air travel and visas, when needed.
- Lead trips as needed.
- Assist with other Missions’ functions at the Orphan Outreach office.
Assist the Missions staff in zur meeting deadlines for various tasks and projects as required.
Participate in staff meetings, church events, and other opportunities.
This position may require both domestic and international travel.
Other duties as assigned to enhance the ministry of Orphan Outreach.
