We are seeking an experienced Field Outreach Manager to join our growing multi-disciplinary team!
The Field Outreach Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the autism community, pediatricians, social workers, and community organizations. This role will focus primarily on in-person outreach promoting Cortica’s Whole Child Care Approach and services, raising awareness, increasing the organization’s visibility and impact and driving new patient enrollment.

Whatwill you do? Community Outreach & Engagement
- Develop, implement, and maintain in‑person outreach strategies to promote Cortica’s autism services and resources to the broader community.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with preschools, pediatricians, referral coordinators, advocacy groups, parent groups, community leaders and other organizations that serve individuals with autism to drive awareness and enroll new patients.
- Travel is necessary for approximately 90% of the time for in‑person outreach, such as attending community events, meetings, and conferences.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and external partners to enhance relationships and foster collaboration.
- Lead presentations to a wide range of audiences, from senior leaders of organizations to families in need of services.
- Represent the organization at community events, conferences, and seminars related to autism.
- Collaborate with the Director of Partnerships and Marketing team to create materials and campaigns that raise awareness of the organization’s autism services and initiatives.
- Conduct research and market‑level analytics to identify all marketing opportunities and develop an overall outreach strategy, including in‑field and online outreach.
- Coordinate with internal teams to identify opportunities and ensure a seamless enrollment process for delivering services.
- Identify and track outreach activities and provide regular reports to leadership on engagement efforts, outreach outcomes, and program effectiveness.
- Analyze community needs and identify opportunities for engagement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- You have 3+ years of experience developing and executing outreach strategies, community engagement, and/or program management.
- You have reliable transportation.
- You have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other tools for tracking and reporting outreach activities.
- You are available on occasional evenings and weekends to work.

The base pay range for this opening is $71,288.89 to $89,111.11 annually.
