East-West is seeking an entrepreneurial and innovative team player to serve as an Arise City Leader in Plano, TX. The role involves championing the Arise movement within the DFW metroplex to mobilize and lead short-term mission teams, cast vision for ministry, share the gospel, and multiply leaders, ultimately calling, connecting, and commissioning women for the Kingdom of God.

Location: Plano, TX

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing the Arise Growth Model: casting vision, hosting events, and developing engagement strategies
• Building a high-powered team: identifying and training leaders and constituents
• Training and leading short-term mission teams: mobilizing and recruiting teams, serving as mission leader or coordinator

Qualifications and Skills:

• Uphold a close and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Experience in similar ministry roles preferred
• Leadership experience preferred
• Ability to manage volunteer teams
• Flexibility, focus, and strong work ethic
• Effective communication skills
• Team-oriented and self-starter with entrepreneurial skills
