As Activation and Promotions Project Manager
, you will be an integral part of the Propac organization and will work alongside project, event, and department managers. You will partner with our other internal departments to create, design, produce, fulfill, and execute programs and experiences, bringing them to life from concept to fulfillment. You will work directly the WMT, DX, FSV and Field Sales Client Service Groups and external clients to manage programs including production pieces, budgets and timelines.

• Own individual projects from start to finish (including overseeing and coordinating: administrative duties, client management, purchase order creation, budget management including generation of cost estimates and invoicing)
• Participate in kick‑off briefings with clients, brainstorming sessions, program meetings and weekly task force meetings
• Perform online research for new programs
• Conduct store visits and market tours to gather information
• Analyze profit and loss reports, and vendor invoices and adjust budgets as needed
• Partner with operations and logistics managers to coordinate kitting and shipping specifics and calendar
• Credit card coordinator for procurement team

• Partner with Promotions Project prime movers (Activation, Digital and Accounting leads) to fulfill backend promotions needs
• Set up and administer new promotions in the Propac Promotions Hub
• Manage prize winners
• Monitor the Customer Contact Center
• Select winners as outlined in the rules (daily, weekly, monthly, end of promotion)
• Review and update Promotion Official rules and affidavits for accuracy
• Coordinate fulfillment, complete any applicable kitting forms
• Order shippers & packing materials if prizes are awarded during the duration of the promotion (i.e. daily, weekly or monthly)
• Fulfill & ship all prizes within period outlined in Official Rules (typically 4-6 weeks after winner notification)
• Participate in the weekly review of Promotions Master Spreadsheet and make sure projects stay on track and on time
• Purchasing and Procurement
• Research for apparel, premiums, and other custom client sourcing requests
• Coordinate with multiple vendors, including ASI suppliers, to quote and procure items
• Manage standard and fast track timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with the warehouse support team for receiving, inventory, and kitting/shipping
