Reports to: Marketing Communications Specialist

The Marketing Coordinator Intern supports day to day marketing initiatives and gains hands on experience across campaigns, content, and analytics. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in building practical marketing skills while contributing to real business outcomes.

• Assist with planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Coordinate content updates for websites, email, and social media platforms
• Support email marketing initiatives, including drafting copy and managing schedules
• Help organize and maintain marketing assets, calendars, and project documentation
• Conduct market and competitor research and summarize findings
• Track campaign performance and assist with basic reporting and analytics
• Support event marketing, promotions, or partnerships as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and operations

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Comfortable learning new tools and technologies

• Experience with social media platforms and content management systems
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Hub Spot or similar)
• Basic understanding of marketing analytics (Google Analytics or similar)
• Creative mindset with interest in branding and storytelling

Inogen assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $21.19 and $23.37 per hour. However,actual base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basisand will be based on non-discriminatory factors, including as to individual skills, education,experience and market location.
