Key Responsibilities
- Partner with client service lead on assigned clients, developing deep knowledge of the business and strategic communication needs
- Lead client annual brand planning process, including development and execution of workshops and collaboration with external partners
- Develop creative briefs for new campaigns and collaborate on tactical / project briefs
- 7+ years of experience in a healthcare marketing agency with experience in guiding global and regional client strategies
- Experience launching brands and developing annual tactical plans
- Depth and breadth as a strategist, with experience in brand and engagement / experience strategy
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends
- Desire to be on-site with clients
