• Develop sophisticated paid search and social strategies across acquisition and retention.
• Maintain accountability for performance of evergreen and seasonal campaigns, continually optimizing the buys in order to meet weekly targets.
• Partner with developers to implement offline conversion tracking and pixel-based optimization across each platform.
• Manage two Sr Social Media Specialists

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 5+ years managing a team of media professionals.
• 10+ years of overall online advertising experience.
• Hands on keyboard experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4 required.
• Experience working on an in-house marketing team required.
• Experience in franchise/distributed workforce environments is a plus.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with individuals across all levels of the organization.

Compensation is determined by several factors, which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $180,000 - $190,000 per year DOE plus bonus. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
