Production Facility Associate - PLANO, TX

As a Production Associate in our High-Volume Production Environment, your responsibilities will include:

• Producing dough, baking, and expertly packaging our scrumptious cookies within our fast-paced operation.
• Assisting in nationwide shipping operations to ensure our cookies reach customers far and wide.
• Playing a key role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization that our operation demands.
• Assisting with various manager-assigned tasks, including folding boxes and contributing to the smooth flow of our small scale manufacturing process.

Experience and Training:

• No prior kitchen experience? No problem! On-the-job training will be provided, allowing you to thrive in our unique production environment.
• Possessing or obtaining a current food handlers card is a plus.
• While kitchen or production experience is beneficial, it's not a requirement.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Following the instructions of our facility lead to accurately place cookies into boxes and onto cookie sheets, contributing to our efficient production process.
• Maneuvering kitchen machinery and effectively carrying boxes in our fast-paced environment.

• Physical requirements include occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, reaching, and more.
• Repetitive motion and quick maneuvering in a compact space with hot ovens.
• Punctuality and reliable transportation are essential to ensure our operation runs seamlessly.

Shifts:

Monday-Saturday. Flexible between 6am- 6pm
