Production Assembler - BUS

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Assembler I to join our dynamic BUS‑ Production team. In this full‑time role, you will play a pivotal role in assembling advanced electro‑mechanical components and ensuring our high‑quality standards are met.

• Assemble complex electro‑mechanical components, including intricate wiring and soldering.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and bills of materials.
• Perform functional tests and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct job setups using tools, jigs, and testing equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and maintain efficiency.
• Lift up to 60 lbs. occasionally in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in electro‑mechanical assembly and soldering (through‑hole and surface mount).
  • Strong understanding of schematics and technical drawings.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Physical ability to meet the demands of the role.
• Experience: Familiarity with testing, repair, and manufacturing procedures is highly desirable.
