Production Lead

4th Shift: Friday–Sunday 5 pm–5 am (+ Thursdays during peak season)

Pay Rate: $21/hr, plus $2/hr shift differential.

• Provide leadership that fosters teamwork while coordinating daily production operations, efficiency, and performance.
• Conduct one‑on‑one discussions and daily/weekly meetings with associates regarding daily plans and performance feedback.
• Work with forecast planning to set goals and cross‑training needs for the department.
• Communicate critical information with leaders and escalating any issues or roadblocks.
• Conduct safety training meetings with associates.
• Understand and communicate quality issues with management, technical staff, and other shifts.
• Maintain confidentiality and strict compliance with the company’s security policy related to sensitive information.

• 1+ year of leadership experience, preferably in high‑volume, repetitive manufacturing.
• Detail‑oriented, able to multitask, set priorities, operate under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive actions with hands and arms.
• Flexible to work in other production departments on the manufacturing floor when business needs arise.
