Role Overview

As a Sr Project Integrator you will support business objectives at SNC by ensuring Earned Value Management (EVM) compliance on specified programs. Your responsibilities include:

  • Program Integration Management and development of standard formats and processes.
  • Conducting EVM training and coaching to promote ownership of performance data.
  • Data analytics, variance analysis, and advising Program Integration Managers (PIMs) and leaders on performance improvement.
  • Partnering with scheduling and finance to integrate Earned Value elements consistently across programs.
  • Supervising program and project staff, coordinating business resource planning and tracking.
  • Supporting the Change Control process, program status meetings, audits, and stakeholder negotiations to meet cost, budget and schedule goals.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Engineering or related field.
  • Typically 6+ years of experience executing an Earned Value compliant program.
  • Experience evaluating requests for proposals, preparing, reviewing and submitting proposals and/or quotes.
  • Managing multiple large‑scale projects or portfolios up to a large independent program.
  • Proven experience in Earned Value Management and developing effective EVM procedures, training and work instructions.
  • Experience applying EVM in federal government contracts, budget process and fund management.
  • Advanced skills in EVM software, familiarity with scheduling software (MS Project) and self‑service analytics (Power BI).
  • Experience in Earned Value audits, validation or re‑validation.
  • Successful completion of Program IBRs, JSRs and Internal Surveillances with training or coaching of Control Account Managers.
  • Developing and coordinating the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Performing schedule analysis and Schedule Risk Assessments.
  • Understanding of FAR and DFARS.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen for fiscally sound decisions.
  • Ability to manage complex situations, delegate authority, lead, inspire teams and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Coordinating program integration management, resource development, stakeholder identification, and conflict resolution.
  • Providing EVM training to stakeholders.
  • Conducting in‑depth earned‑value data analysis and CDRL/SDRL review.
  • Recommending cost and schedule management solutions relative to contract requirements.
  • Working across multiple software systems and understanding system relationships.
  • Familiarity with audit preparation for surveillance reviews with DCAA/DCMA.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Advanced degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field.
  • Experience managing projects/programs using CMMI, Agile or spiral development models.
  • Understanding of application tools and data architectures.
  • Fostering the use of corporate PM tools.
  • Leading PM/IPT process and tool improvement for the Business Area.
  • Keeping program management/IPT informed of functional and process changes within project controls.
  • Enhancing program management expertise in staff.
  • Establishing centralized coordination for PM concerns, recommendations and issues.
