Overview

The Manager, Project Management in the FS Command Center is a critical position that enables leaders to execute strategic work while ensuring operational rigor. This role requires an engaging executive presence, exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills, expertise in relationship-building, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. You will maintain a well-managed system while advancing continuous improvements across the organization and deliver results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line.

• General Project Management Responsibilities:
  Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects and peers.
• Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements.
• Ensuring projects are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time.
• Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver; drive innovation in process and execution across the portfolio.
• Creates executive-ready presentations and materials.

• Cultivating and nurturing strong client relationships, providing strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive client success.
• Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of commitments and client satisfaction.
• Demonstrating exceptional influencing skills to effectively guide client and program efforts.
• Exhibiting a proven track record of excellent relationship management, with the ability to quickly establish structure to manage client engagements in a dynamic, complex environment.
• Possessing excellent communication and partnership skills essential for interacting with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform, and influence client outcomes.
• Tackle and solve issues through escalation and articulate the issues that need to be done to elevate the team and allow easy accountability.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
• 7+ years of Project Management experience
• 3+ years of People Management experience
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed number of hours to be regularly worked. Plano, TX: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Project Management. Other locations follow respective pay ranges.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered will be reflected in the offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
