General Responsibilities:

* Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects and peers.

* Designing, developing, and execute project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements

* Building end to end execution plans for gray space business challenges

* Driving cross-functional projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed; manage complex up and downstream project impacts.

* Ensuring projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time.

* Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent maintain key project documentation

* Partnering cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery

* Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

* Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts

* Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.

* Identify ways to improve and streamline business process

Basic Qualifications:

* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

* At least 5 Years of Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree or Military experience

* 7+ years of Project Management experience

* PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Plano, TX: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Project Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
